Trying to find the name of the rubber sheets used for athletes .?
My dance teacher (for ballet) told me to buy this dark blue thin rubber sheet to flex my foot or stretch. I have seen football players, hockey players, etc use it but I don't know the name of it. It also comes in different colors for the different strengths.
I think she is talking about bands, they come in different strengths which is noted by the different colors, you can cut them to any length. You can usually find them at sporting goods stores, that cater to athletics.
They are used for exercise not just stretching.
