I need a pair of upscale ballet flat shoes... HELP!

I need them to very upscale... i live in an upscale area. I would expect them to be a minimum of 100 dollars and a maximum of 500 dollars. I like the clothes from gossip girl and i like tory burch... but i do not want tory burch. I dont want any really known designers such as gucci, prada, etc. I am going to be wearing these daily, so they need to be able to transform from a dressy day with jeans, do a out to dinner with a little fancier, to a fancy event with a nice dress. I would prefer they be leather (i guess patened leather is ok) I hate shoes that are really stiff, I want them to be more on the flimsy side. The back of the flats should be kind of elastic-like and there should be no embellishment on the toe, unless it is the same material (leather) as the shoe, such as a tie or a knot (NOT A BOW, especially not elastic bow) if you need any more details just let me know.
