What color ballet shoes should I get?
The question pretty much explains it. I'm starting ballet and I was wondering if I should get pink or black ballet flats. I also kinda wondered what everyone else wears. Thanx!
definitely pink - more feminine and pretty!. i always get either canvas or leather, unless i have an exam or a festival in which i have to wear satin, and if you choose satin shoes, make sure you calimine them! because shiny shoes do look really naff and they are distracting.
by the way, before you choose a colour, check whether where you're having the ballet classes have a uniform or dresscode, and you might not have a choice of colour.
